Take your tiny brave step now.
Online therapy, based in Delhi NCR. Gentle, trauma-informed, and at your pace.
Tap any that sound like you.
Fill out a short form and share what has brought you here.
Based on what you share, we’ll connect you with a therapist who may be the best fit for your needs.
Your therapist will reach out on WhatsApp and schedule a brief 10–15 minute audio call.
What brings you to therapy, your questions, how therapy works, and the logistics: frequency, fees and duration.
You and your therapist choose a time that works for both of you, and begin one conversation at a time.

You don’t have to pick. We match you based on what you’re bringing, and on each therapist’s experience and style.
With warmth, honesty, and care.
We meet you where you are, without pressure to have everything figured out, without needing to “fix” yourself, and without rushing your process.
At Tiny Brave Steps, we believe in creating spaces where people can be real about what they’re feeling, thinking, and carrying.
Whether you’re here for therapy, conversations, workshops, or simply to feel a little less alone in your experiences, we’re here to walk alongside you with gentleness, respect, and authenticity.
A mental health space built on warmth, honesty, and care. We’re currently operating online and are based in Delhi NCR.
Talking about your emotions, experiences, or struggles isn’t always easy. Sometimes it’s hard to explain what you’re feeling, and sometimes you may not fully understand it yourself.
We created a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure, judgment, or the need for the “right” words.
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about feeling heard, understood, and supported while you make sense of things at your own pace.
A world where asking for emotional support feels natural and accessible, not something people feel hesitant, ashamed, or scared to reach out for.
A world where therapy feels more human, more approachable, and a normal part of understanding ourselves and caring for our emotional well-being.
Spaces and communities where people feel safe being themselves, where growth isn’t rushed or hidden, and where even the smallest steps are met with kindness.
Because sometimes, small steps can be incredibly brave.
At the moment, all our therapy sessions are online.
We value the connection in-person therapy can offer, but we’ve found online sessions far more convenient and sustainable for most clients. Therapy fits more naturally into your day, and meaningful work can happen from the comfort of your own space.
We offer sessions within a fixed fee range, and you choose what you’d like to pay within that range. Therapy can be a significant financial commitment, so this is one way we try to make support more accessible while giving you a say in what feels sustainable right now.
You don’t choose directly. We match you with a therapist based on the concerns you bring, considering their experience, therapeutic style and areas of expertise. Our intention is to find the best possible fit, so you feel supported and understood and can build a meaningful relationship from the start.
Not at all. You don’t need the right words, a plan, or even clarity about what you want to say. Show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there, together.
Days and timings are discussed in your initial consultation. Together you’ll find a schedule that works for you and your therapist.
Therapy slots are limited and reserved in advance for a mutually agreed time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session incur a 50% session fee. Cancellations within 90 minutes of the session, and missed sessions, are charged at 100%.
In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, you can request a same-day reschedule, which may be accommodated at no extra cost, subject to therapist availability.
Consent means you have the right to understand and agree to the therapy process at every step. Confidentiality means what you share is kept private and protected, and won’t be disclosed without your permission, except where there’s serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or when the law requires it.
In those situations, we’ll make every reasonable effort to tell you before any steps are taken, including contacting your emergency contact if necessary.
We collect it to support your safety and responsible care. It’s used only when there’s serious concern about your immediate safety or wellbeing and we can’t reach you directly. That includes acute risk, or when a client is in a region facing heightened vulnerability, such as war zones, political instability, or frequent natural disasters.
Fill out this short form and someone from our team will reach out to you.
Tell us a little about yourself. There are no right words needed — write as much or as little as you like.
What happens next? We’ll review what you share, match you with a therapist, and they’ll reach out on WhatsApp to schedule a brief 10–15 minute introductory call.
Prefer email? Write to us at reachout.tbs@gmail.com
We’ve received what you shared. Someone from our team will reach out to you soon — usually within a day.
In the meantime, there’s nothing you need to prepare. Come as you are.
